Too often we hear exiting FYF users say, "Yeah, we haven't been generating leads via text message, so we're going to cancel the account."

We say, "Don't you want to port your number somewhere?"

They say, "No."

And I say to myself, "Poor chap. They don't know what they are doing. How can we help folks better understand how to create a bridge of consistency instead of endlessly going from peak to valley?"

That's why if you read what I write or listen to what I say, you'll notice I spend much more time talking about business intelligence than tactics.

The tactics that work with FYF and INF are easy. I've got a dedicated team ready to help you identify and implement those. And I'm constantly highlighting great use cases if you're watching.

But, the best tactics with a poor business model or poor business intelligence won't do good for very long.

Why? Human nature is just too darn predicable.

Left to your own devices, you'll forget to do something important. You'll forget WHY you do that one thing. You'll rationalize why you can stop lead generating that one way, because after all it's too expensive.

But then, the ramifications of your neglect catch up with you...

You'll only realize your folly when you're deep in a valley and have to go into full court press mode for months or years to get back on top.

It's exhausting!

But it's worse than that when you have Infusionsoft in your tool belt. It's stupid.
